Meet the Chaser, Grace Muriithi, who’s a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) at the Village Market Branch. She pursued a MBA in Strategic Management at Catholic University. She has been at Chase Bank for two and a half years.
She is passionate about motivating others through her words, actions and craft. She says her father is her greatest inspiration because of his constant drive towards excellence and endurance in life. Her greatest achievement in Chase Bank was when she led her Village market branch team to be the most engaging branch in Customer Service week 2015.
Grace says being in receivership has taught her perseverance, loyalty to the Chase brand / culture, and has enabled her to build stronger relationships with her team members at the branch as well as with her clients. Her favorite Chase habit is the Extra Mile habit. The one thing that irritates her most is tardiness.
When asked what she would change is she turned five years younger; she says she would not change a thing, she believes that life is a journey of experiences that we learn and grow from.
