We are excited to be celebrating Customer Service Week from 3rd – 7th October 2016. It is a global initiative where we recognize and reward our Service Champion in Customer Service who deliver superior customer service all day, every day.
Over the years, we have built strong and long-standing relationships with our customers and this week, we’re taking this time to listen to our customers some more and solidify these relationships. We have a daily dress code that will represent the ways in which we interact with our customers; listening to them, sharing with them, having a laugh with them, but most of all, putting together all our efforts into enabling them to achieve what matters to them.
On Friday we dressed up as Techies, a simple white tee and denim, depicting the agility in our operations and the ability to innovate and create with technology in order to solve our customers’ problems and satisfy our customers’ needs. Offering simplicity, convenience and security in terms of service.
A customer can carry out their banking transactions from anywhere, and at any time through Mfukoni Mobile & Online Banking platforms. A business can now receive payments, make payments directly to their bank accounts from their pay bill through Mobile2Bank. Our business development team can now open our client accounts directly through the mobile phone from anywhere, eliminating the need for forms (which could easily get lost), through Fungua ChapChap. New customers wanting to open an account with Chase Bank can now self-register through Mfukoni using Switch to Chase.
