We are excited to be celebrating Customer Service Week from 3rd – 7th October 2016. It is a global initiative where we recognize and reward our Service Champion in Customer Service who deliver superior customer service all day, every day.
Over the years, we have built strong and long-standing relationships with our customers and this week, we’re taking this time to listen to our customers some more and solidify these relationships. We have a daily dress code that will represent the ways in which we interact with our customers; listening to them, sharing with them, having a laugh with them, loving on them, but greatest of all, putting together all our efforts into enabling them to achieve what matters to them.
On Monday we dressed up in flowery attire, depicting how we create a comfortable and relaxed environment for our customers and suppliers. That when they come over to our branches and/or offices, we have that hearty chat and we serve them whole-heartedly. Also, the fact that we’re always here to serve each one of our customers and listen to them even when they’re not physically present – whether on holiday or away on business.
That you can be elsewhere and still get superb service from our very able service champions. Our express branches are open every day of the year, including weekends and public holidays; our contact center is always open to receive your calls and chats; our relationship managers are just a call or text away; our mobile banking platforms are available and you can carry out your transactions anywhere, anytime.
